Ya i would imagine so since its passing through the barrier of the waking world to the dreaming world. The transition itself is a reward. But thats the reason i think i've been failing so much. Im trying to look at it in steps too much insted of the overall outcome of the process. the basis is just staying aware while entering a dream. Basically letting the body do what it does everynight, but staying aware while it happens |
