Make sure that you aren't moving too much when you first wake up. And favor waking naturally to waking by an alarm clock if you can. And when you wake up, if you don't remember anything at all I've heard that turning on different sides can help because you remember best if you are on the side you were dreaming on. And also, when I don't remember a dream and I have time, i'll go back to sleep and I usually wake up remembering the new dream and the one before. |
