And so on. Under a "Reality Checks" FAQ one could have "What kind of RCs are there?" "How often should I do them?" "Reality Checks are failing!" etc.

Anything to do with eating something before bed.

-Should I eat a banana before bed?
-Would eating chocolate before bed help?
-My friend said I should eat cheese before bed.
-I got a great idea: drink coffee AND eat nuts before bed!

Uggghhh. Those types really drive me nuts.
