ok so ive only lucid dremaed once naturally now im seeing these articles about the nova dreamer and binuaral beats do 1 of these actually work plz tell if they do

If NovaDreamers and Binuaral Beats work for some people... Then they work for some people.

External cues there is a risk it will wake you up or when it dosen't wake you up you don't see/hear anything. But there is also a high chance it will get into the dream and work as claimed. I din't use the Nova dreamer but have used cues and they did influence the dream in some way and I was aware that it is the cue just that I did not 'program' the mind to act on the cue as it was in the experimental stage.

thanks im kinda sketchy on the mask but i was really hoping the beats worked oh well looks like ima have to do it the old fashion way

yeah they work for some and not for others. the easy answer is that there is no easy fast way to lucid dreaming. having a dream journal and following lots of steps is the good old fashioned way. good luck.

If you´ll buy an external device to be used while sleeping, be sure to buy one with good quality, plus adjust the settings so that they´ll fit your needs.
