Little Problem maybe not mentioned before VILDING

      hello!
the problem is that when I start to fall asleep, I can't keep the images too much, I need more concentration...
I have to say that I CAN forget my body, but I can't concentrate on the images that I'm creating on my mind, because my mind doze and I ...I doze too...I lose the awareness and the logical sense..
How can I stop that? or use that?

      thanks!

If you are trying to stay concious it's not VILD it's WILD. VILD is autosuggestion using imagery or daydreaming while still concious. You daydream the scenario like as though you are really there and then just go to sleep normally.

If they say it works most likely it will with practise. I personally have used a similar tech of 'inserting' LD thoughts but it's not easy because don't forget you go through sleep stages and ultimately deep sleep stages 3 & 4. If you try early in the night you may get past stage 1 but most likely loose it at stage 2. Or you can try near morning slot like after 5 or 6 hours of sleep but still you will go through stages 2 before you hit REM. So if I were you I'd get some external device like an audio or a light that will go off every interval to anchor your thoughts to that device going off instead of randomness that will get lost as you get deeper into sleep. But that is a tricky business since you have to calibrate the intensity of the stimulus to a point where it won't wake you fully but enough for you to 'sense' it going off and hopefully stay with it until you start seeing dream imagery and still knowing that the device which your LD thoughts are based is going off.
