      Can RSL be a problem?

I've been looking to try to get a WILD, but I seem to always need to move my legs, because I have Restless Leg Syndrome.

Will my RLS affect my ability to WILD, or other techniques of getting a lucid dream?

I dont have any experience with RLS myself, but as long as you dont move your legs (which may be hard) you should be able to do it. It will probably be very hard to stay still especially if you might be there for up to an hour.

Yes, if you have the compulsive need to move your legs, then it very well may cause problems with your attempts at WILDing. However, don't not try it just because it might be an issue. Give it a go for a while, and if you still do not have success with it then maybe try another method. If all else fails you could try just ripping off your legs...that would take care of the whole problem.

Oh Christ, RLS?! Really? Man these pharmaceuticals are getting desperate in finding ways to get people to believe they have a 'condition'?

If there were such a thing, I would suspect it would probably HELP you in attaining lucidity. It would, for one, keep you awake enough during the night to keep you from going unconscious so easily. Who knows, you probably have a better chance of LDing with your RLS meds -

Actually, I find it EXCRUCIATING not to move my legs, Joe. Personally, I believe it. I think you would too if you had such pain.

I guess I'll try WILD anyways, see how it goes.
