I have many dreams where I'm being chased. Last night was a perfect example, but many things like this often happen. I'll skip to the relevant part. |

Depends. Sometimes I die and wake up, but if I can I usually run away. |

Try going into those nightmares/fears deliberately. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
But it's alright. You wake up, and you are unharmed. It doesn't affect your performance in real life in any way, unless you purposely make it. |

hmm.. interesting.. i almost envy your situation in a way. all you have to do is be able to ask yourself, "Would this really be happening in real life?" I seem to be much more conscious in my nightmares or scary dreams then usual. whenever you get in a scary situation do a reality check. just try to get yourself to remember to do a reality check the next time you are gettin chased or whatever. |
