It's Me Again (ha, hmm) Help, please?

I'm going to try to be to the point this time. First off, hi everyone, how are you? Now:

In the three times I've been lucid, I've only been able to move enough to do a RC. I always feel this energy in my chest when I become aware that I'm dreaming. It's like butterflies only in my chest and not my stomach. The last time I really wanted to get out of bed. I'm always confined to my bed. I stopped the energy from spreading and said "Get out of bed! Get out of bed!" I made a move to do so and then I woke up. Shouldn't I been in Sleep Paralysis? So why do I keep waking up? It's very frustrating; I need help. So, how do I move? Do I have to try using brainpower only? I don't want to be telekenetic all the time, but if it's a start then I'm willing to try it. Please help, any tips, suggestions?

Are you trying to WILD? Or are they lucid FAs?

I have a similar (but slightly different) problem with lucid FAs. Moving makes me wake up. However, it's a wonderful opportunity to try DEILD. If you wake up, you'll probably go right into SP and back into a dream. It might help to visualize yourself doing something that requires motion (like walking, running...) while you do this. If you don't wake up, your dream DEILD will (hopefully) send you into a new dream scene where you can move.

Note that that hasn't actually worked for me yet. xD But I have made it to SP; I figure that since I got that far it must have been my own fault, since any time I get SP I get excited and wake myself up.

I have not succeeded with the attempts to WILD. Yeah, there lucid FAs, all of my lucids have come from FAs.

Apparently I've been in SP once but then I quit because I didn't realize I was in SP and I was tired of laying still for an hour and a half. I can say that it was extremely difficult to get up and very, very funny, but having spoken to someone who could help me they explained that I was in SP. So I quit too soon. But I didn't know what was going to happen next anyway. I didn't have any imagery or anything so I got up (after trying for a while lol).

I guess I can try DEILD, but I imagine it will be difficult because only once I succeeded in waking up without moving, but I haven't been attempting to awake motionless so I'll have to program that into my mind again. Anyway, thanks for the tip!

Be first very gentle when moving, then stabilize by rubbing hands and spinning.

I think I mentioned WILDing within your dream. Once you become lucid, try to WILD. It's not an actual WILD, but a dream one, so as long as you think it will work, it will. Gotta love that about dreams.

Thanks you guys, you've very helpful. So, I need to pretend WILD and rub my hands. I actually thought about rubbing my hands the next time I became lucid, and maybe I can try falling through the bed or floating out. Anyway, we'll see when I get there. Thanks so much! I'm open to other suggestions as well!
