I figured an OBE was basically a WILD, except to do it yiou have to believe in the possibilty of it. Like if you called a dream where you could fly a Flying dream and not a WILD or whatever... Basically for the religous folks. (not that i don't believe in the seperate plains, i think thats very possible)
