      Is there an easier way to attain lucidity?

      It's been a year now, and I can't really keep up with the techniques, I've been
      sick and tired. And I've been giving up. I have DJ full of past dreams, but that's
      the best I can do. I've been doing DILD for over a year now and it's not
      helping.

      Is there a simple way to do this?
