      Encouraging LDing in LDs.

      I saw on a tutorial on here that an idea was to encourage your subconscience (As a DG or DC) to help you get Ld's more often.... I haven't heard anything on this anywhere else on the forums! What im wondering is has anyone tried this and if so what results have you had?

      Never tried, dont' think it would change much though, FA or travels, in both the DC would change.

      A while back I had a pretty vivid LD - which was exciting because I usually only average one LD a month. In it I jumped up and shouted "The next time I am dreaming I will realize I'm dreaming" and heard it echo all over my dream. The next night I went to sleep, and I actually had another LD - this was the only time I have ever had 2 LD's in 2 nights. After this one however I went back to 1 a month though... so did it help? I don't know for sure, but I think it did.
      DILDS: 11 WILDS: 4 Total LD's: 15
      LD's Since Registering here: 13

      Current Goals:
      -Fly to Kavalikefta, Lefkada, Greece - DONE!
      -Play paintball in Times Square

      interesting, try repeating that phrase every time you have an LD and see if you can get one every night

      @OP Sorry, haven't had a chance to do that, but, whenever I can get lucid again, I'll try it
