This is how I use to fall into Sleep Paralysis. I figured I share this with you just in case your struggling with other methods. I guess this is my own variation on the WILD method. |

I usually don't have any issues with this, because as soon as SP hits the story ends and I get into action. |

I do something like this except I imagine myself walking on a beach on a warm day and let my imagination take over and whatever happens, happens. Or an open, grassy field. |

This is an interesting technique but to me it sounds an awful lot like MILD except you are using it to enter SP instead of a LD. Once I tried imagining a scene where I see a waterfall in the background and I was standing on tall hill infront of a big apple tree with the waterfall in the background. I could hear the waterfall sound, touch the apple to feel its texture, hear myself cutting it, but, it's taste and smell are what I couldn't replicate. I do have to say though that I did get into the scene but I found that I was fast forwarding through it instead of taking my time which broke my scene |
