      is this sleep paralysis?

Ok so I had another topic but I'm not sure if the answers I got were right.
So maybe about 2 times a week I wake up like 20 minutes after falling asleep and my body feels like it has vibrations all over it, but I can move and its not scary at all.
But if this is really it do I just stay still and try and imagine stuff to start a dream?

I posted in your other thread, but this just sounds like an Unusual Body Experience, a type of hallucination.

If you were in Sleep Paralysis, then you'd be paralyized, hence Sleep Paralysis.

Ok thank you, because some people told me it was, but I guess they were confused.

A lot of people get confused on what Sleep Paralysis is.

Just remember that if you're still awake, and you can't move, then it's probably sleep paralysis...
