      Question 2 questions..

First, after failing SP how many times can you try again before LDing is impossible?

Second, when your muscles spasm as your brain tests them, do you need to prevent the spasms? Or ignore them?

      Cheers

The "Shamwow!" guy was recently arrested for beating a prostitute.

Sorry, I don't know as I've never WILDed.

I am not sure about this answer, I can only give you my own personal experience.

One night I fell into SP 3 times before LDing, I hope this helps

Some people never get SP when WILDing. It's best to try and WILD after just waking up from a REM cycle. Stay awake for a while then try to WILD, your chances of success will be greatly increased.

Also, you can't prevent the muscle spams. They are completely normal, just ignore them and pretend as if they never happened.

It's not SP! It's HH. You are not paralyzed yet!
On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.

Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.

I am fully aware of what SP is and when I get it. I am able to go into SP and if a LD doesn't occurr I can get out of it before falling asleep.

Well, you don't have to go into SP to become lucid...

And all you have to do is ignore them. Try reading this thread.
