      Having trouble with my DILD

Ever since I joined I was lucid at least 3 times a week. My awareness is great, which is why I am a natural lucid dreamer. But, the past couple months, I have only had 4/5 DILD's. I don't know why my DILD declined so rapidly. My recall is great so I know I am not having any. If I want to Lucid Dream I have to WILD, but the quality is far below normal even when stabilized.

I reality check about ever 20 min. Whenever something happens, like when I see a bird's shadow, or something that doesn't happen every minute of my life, I reality check. I am not doing anything different then when I was back then but I just can't become aware in my dreams. I'm not stressed out or anything either. Anyone know what's going on?

Maybe the start of a dry spell?

Maybe you are stressed that you aren't lucid dreaming?

Let up on it for a bit, and try again later. That worked for my 2 week dry spell.
On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.

Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.

If it keeps declining, I'd say take a break for a few weeks and then continue. I was going to say the explanation for you losing the amount of DILDs you are was stress, but you claimed you aren't....hmmmm. Maybe there is some subtle stress somewhere inside you?

Vitamin B6...does it REALLY work though?

Taking a break is a good thing to do when you're trying to force an LD too much perhaps or maybe when you're new to it, it's easy to take a break. But for me, I'm thinking about LD's all the time, I just can't help it. Plus of course, what happens if you do manage to take a break and then it doesn't come back again? You're back to square one lol.

As for Vitamin B6, I think it really works, although part of that might be the placebo effect, but most of my dreams are now a lot clearer and longer than before. PS. Might give nightmares too
