Ever since I joined I was lucid at least 3 times a week. My awareness is great, which is why I am a natural lucid dreamer. But, the past couple months, I have only had 4/5 DILD's. I don't know why my DILD declined so rapidly. My recall is great so I know I am not having any. If I want to Lucid Dream I have to WILD, but the quality is far below normal even when stabilized. |

Maybe you are stressed that you aren't lucid dreaming? |

On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.
Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.
If all else fails, Vitamin B6. |

!
If it keeps declining, I'd say take a break for a few weeks and then continue. I was going to say the explanation for you losing the amount of DILDs you are was stress, but you claimed you aren't....hmmmm. Maybe there is some subtle stress somewhere inside you? |

Taking a break is a good thing to do when you're trying to force an LD too much perhaps or maybe when you're new to it, it's easy to take a break.But for me, I'm thinking about LD's all the time, I just can't help it. Plus of course, what happens if you do manage to take a break and then it doesn't come back again? You're back to square one lol. |

DILD/AILD (Anomaly Induced Lucid Dream ) 5
Meh I haven't been lucid since I made this thread. Taking a break all together. I figured out what's going on. I am on medicine that makes me very tired and I can't not take it, I'll feel terrible the next morning. Going to the doctors Tuesday to change it |

"Having trouble with my DILD" |

The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.
Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
A thousand pictures fill my head,
I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
and yet my limbs seems made of lead. ---Whitacre's Sleep---
