how to lucid dream/enter sp when VERY tired

I was up for over 3 days, and each time I sat down I wanted to pass out. Since I was unable (military training) I was able to go home after everything was done. I immediately laid down in my bed, hoping to enter some sort of a lucid dream (I haven't had one I can control yet). The next thing I know it's 8 hours later and I'm awake again.

I must have laid down for 30 seconds before I passed out. I was trying to focus on keeping my mind awake so I could enter SP, but I don't even remember getting that long.

Does SP only affect you on a WBTB technique? This was on 72 hours no sleep, and I finally went to bed for the first time.

      so true

dude, i know exactly what you're talking about. I am on summer break from college, and have been going to bed around 11-11:30 on a nightly basis. This is fine, except i'm getting up early 5 days a week to do volunteering and stuff. i would love to have a surefire way to enter an LD period, but definatly some techniques that you can use when dead tired (like i am at night ) would be great. nice idea for a thread man. i hope ppl respond.
