So i'm trying to use a WILD. I concentrate on my breathing and allow my body to fall asleep while keeping my mind awake. After a few minutes, I feel darkness closing in and it feels almost like i'm leaving my body through my forehead. It's kinda weird. Then, I think i stop breathing because everything comes rushing back and my heart is beating really fast and I feel short of breath. Every time, I feel like I'm right on the brink of entering a dream! I have been doing this several times on each of the past three nights.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
