      rythmn napping help?!

so i was thinking could i cut out the whole WBTB thats part of rythmn napping an just wake up say 9am an do the intervals of 4min, 8min, 12min. etc.? or would this make it not work? personally i think it would be more useful without the WBTB for me. being the fact that if i stay up longer than say 10min i cant fall back asleep no matter how tired i am. so whats your guy's opinion? should i keep the WBTB part when attempting rhythm napping or not?

Only those who attempt the absurd will achieve the impossible.
I think it's in my basement... let me go upstairs and check.

      Hey SkyDreamer

I have the same problem as yourself, can't get to sleep after i've been up too long.
If you can wake up when the alarm goes off and back asleep before the alarm goes off again, i can't see why not it wouldn't work.

I guess being too tired and not sure what's going on could be a factor when the alarms go off. If you can awaken and keep calm and no what's going on, should be fine.

I tend to sleep through the alarms that's my second problem, but i think that may be because i've been doing the 20,5,20,5,20,5,20 routine. I should give your time method ago with no WBTB and see how i go.

I'll give it ago sometime during the week, i'm attempting WILD's atm! I'll be sure to reply back let you know how i go.

PM me about your findings of what you're going to do, would love to hear about it.
Can be one of the easiest methods if you can fall alseep and wake up with the alarms they say.

i tried one last night, stayed up for ten minutes, and couldnt fall asleep. tonight im gonna get up, drink some wormwood tea real fast for better vividness, and start the napping within 2-3 minutes of waking up.

I like staying up fifteen minutes because that's what works for me, but I believe any time period, so long as you've completely woken up for that period of time, will work.
