so i was thinking could i cut out the whole WBTB thats part of rythmn napping an just wake up say 9am an do the intervals of 4min, 8min, 12min. etc.? or would this make it not work? personally i think it would be more useful without the WBTB for me. being the fact that if i stay up longer than say 10min i cant fall back asleep no matter how tired i am. so whats your guy's opinion? should i keep the WBTB part when attempting rhythm napping or not? |

Spoiler for Lucid Dreaming Tasks/Goals:
i tried one last night, stayed up for ten minutes, and couldnt fall asleep. tonight im gonna get up, drink some wormwood tea real fast for better vividness, and start the napping within 2-3 minutes of waking up. |

I like staying up fifteen minutes because that's what works for me, but I believe any time period, so long as you've completely woken up for that period of time, will work. |
