      Instant WILD´s?

Hi guys im new hero so Hello...

i Study Lucid Dreaming since about 4 Weeks with the book: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge

i recently got my first MILD one week ago...it lasts only 15 Second but it was awesome and i flew over Rome...

      Now for my question:
About 1 Year ago i was in bad waking up from a strange nightmare but it was kind of cool so i tried to get instantly back into that dream and i got that noise in my ears and got into that dream but just for about 5 second and then it was over...in this time i never heard something about lucid dreaming and every body who i told about was laughing so i thought "whatever i probably dreamed that i can control my dreams..."

and then after i buyed the book i got that Instant WILD, its like you wake up and instantly get the noise in your ears and get back into the dream...from what i heard WILD´s take some time you have to relax and to see the structures and so on so what kind of WILDS are these Instant things? Do somebody know more about the Instant WILD where you wake up and tell yourself that you want back in ...?

thats called DEILD, dream exit induced lucid dream. its technically a WILD, but its different enough to be called a different technique.

its my personal faveourite because its so easy (although time consuming and it means if you fail you have wasted a lot of time)
i also dont have much time on my hands so ive not had many chances to go for it. but if you have the time, then i recommend it to you.

      here is a tutorial http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=62769
