So i took a pretty long break from lucid dreaming during the school year and now that its finally summer again, i want to try to get back into it. I just have one problem though. In the past its always been pretty hard for me to keep a dream journal. I always start one, then after a week or two i get too fed up with writing them. This might be partly due to the fact that my recall keeps getting better, forcing me to write more and more. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what i could do to keep myself focused on continuing with the journal, or if you guys know any alternatives. Do most people still keep a dream journal even after they've mastered lucid dreaming?
