I'm not sure why people would think it unhealthy.

I feel normal dreams of which you aware
are typically phycological in there meaning.

This experience seems to be where the notions of the spirit world come from.

It can last 12 hrs,
which seems like decades

I do not actually believe that a lucid dream is anything strange.

I guess i was in error calling it a lucid dream.
