Tried again, but not lucid enough

Last night I wanted to talk to this girl in my dream, so when i closed my eyes i started telling myself that "I want to talk to this girl" untill i could feel sleep comming across me. I remmember that I did in fact talk to her i just cant remmember what about. I wasnt Lucid enough to actually know how the conversation took place and what it was about. But I do believe I am on the right track to gaining a more efficiant LD.

I wonder if that would work in order to find your dream guide.

Repeat "i want to meet my dream guide" over and over when you're falling asleep. opposed to just getting lucid and asking to meet them.

It reminds me of the very first time i got to the paralysis stage, the very first time i ever tried to induce at will! I had the motivation and concentration, and stuck to a single sentence which i repeated over and over and over again. Suddenly i was attacked by the dream paralysis. It was terrible... but the repeating sentence really worked for me, the only time it has but i feel thats its much in that technique.

I have already tried it that night that im talking about...im not sure If I should keep trying to tell myself to become Lucid and asking to see someone and keep repeating that untill I achieve Lucidity. Im not sure, but I will try that and something different next time.
