Thread: Sp Fail Wbtb

This has happend always when i try to enter sp/wbtb

I went to sleep around 8pm, woke up at 3:40, Went to the bathroom and then went back to bed, i started to relax all my muscles and tried to stay conscious. Then i entered sp, i felt all the vibrations, and i started to see a face, but then slowly the sp started to loose its power, and then eventually i was wide awake and not in a dream. This has always happend to me when i try to enter sp, Was it because i fell asleep while i was relaxing and i woke up in sp?

I'm sure if you continue to lie there, you will eventually re-enter SP. However, it may be wise to do a reality check. There's a few that you can do without moving. My favorite is to close the muscle in the back of your throat and try to breathe.

I find that I cannot WILD if I get out of bed first; I still have to be extremely drowsy for it to work at all. This is just a personal thing though, everyone has their different methods.

Yeah like Hazel said, if you just lay there without moving you will re-enter SP or into a dream.

Just remember, even though the SP has finished. Do not open your eyes. try again.
