Redoubling my efforts. Start all over again. First, come up with a list of goals to keep you psyched and motivated. Keep the DJ steadily- set an alarm to go off a few times a night so that you can write down those dreams. Read your old entries, especially old lucids. Re-read tutorials on your preferred techniques to make sure you're not forgetting any of the details. (mine include rcing and mild and etc., so I practice the daily dreamsign and raising awareness and rcing during the day, but you may not depending on what technique you use). At night, lay in bed and take time to relax and just think about how amazing your past LDs have been. Don't even think about becoming lucid that night or in the future, but kind of bask in the badassery of your past lucids. Listen to relaxing music if that helps.
