Think of the vibrations as a sign that you are on the right track, but not quite there yet. A typical WILD, for me, has several rounds of vibrations. Don't get frustrated or give up if you wake up after some vibrations or hypnagogia. Just relax, and continue doing what you were doing. Typically, you can get back to the same place faster than before.
