      Real-Time?

Ok ..of the few lucid dreams I've had ...they didn't really feel as if they were happening in "real time" ...maybe my lucidity was low or maybe I don't recall dreams that well ...

My point is that even when I was lucid it still felt like a regular dream ...which is something I don't exactly remember doing, but the memory is implanted there upon awakening, as if it did happen. Get what I'm saying??

So I wanna know ...from you lucid experts ...are your lucid dreams real time? ..do they feel as real as things do when you're awake?? Or are they just regular dreams that you "remember" becoming lucid in??
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.

i know what your talking about,
there had been a study that when your dreaming time perception is relatively close to real life time.
but if you make your self believe that your in slow time it could be slower.
you control your dreams, even time wise.
it could have been just your dream recall.
sometimes LD's dont feel as if you were in real-time or conciously there.
could be the vividness as well.
      i recommended taking 5-htp.
it increases your vividness dramatically, it seems very real

when you become lucid, and have full control and everything is stable, it feels like you are literally awake (how you feel in real life).

In the book Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming, Stephen Laberge did sleep/dream studies with Lucid Experts to determine if dream time was anywhere close to waking time.. the answer he came up with after his studies was that, in fact, dream time is pretty much exactly the same as real world time

i hope this helps, if you have any more questions, feel free to PM me
