My point is that even when I was lucid it still felt like a regular dream ...which is something I don't exactly remember doing, but the memory is implanted there upon awakening, as if it did happen. Get what I'm saying??

So I wanna know ...from you lucid experts ...are your lucid dreams real time? ..do they feel as real as things do when you're awake?? Or are they just regular dreams that you "remember" becoming lucid in??

when you become lucid, and have full control and everything is stable, it feels like you are literally awake (how you feel in real life).

In the book Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming, Stephen Laberge did sleep/dream studies with Lucid Experts to determine if dream time was anywhere close to waking time.. the answer he came up with after his studies was that, in fact, dream time is pretty much exactly the same as real world time

i hope this helps, if you have any more questions, feel free to PM me
