Hmm, that sounds frustrating. What seems to be waking you up early? It might help to go to bed a couple hours earlier and set your alarm for five instead of seven. I use WBTB every morning that i dont have to work early and you dont need 5-6 hours of sleep to successfully WILD, you can do it with less but the 5-6 hours helps you get into REM sleep, so your dreams might not be as good. Basically try to find the root of the problem and fix it, or just go to bed earlier. See if that works |
