I know you guys had answered millions of these but I always wake up around 8 every morning. So I want to back to sleep and I lay down and close my eyes. And WHENEVER I do this i feel a rush on my eyes and it's sleep paralysis like. But you guys say that you have to stay up an hour before trying and it takes longer then 10 secs I'm sure!

So if you could tell me that would be nice!
