I'm pretty much a noob, too, so I can't really offer any advise, but I have the same problem lately. I was just thinking today that maybe I need to meditate or do more relaxation techniques before I actually settle down to do the WILD, if that makes sense. I was thinking of meditating a little while before I go to bed and then expand my relaxation routine and see if it makes any difference. I feel like I really need to separate my day from doing a WILD, so that there's nothing knocking around in my brain because I feel like, even if I'm not consciously thinking about anything, it's still there some place and keeping me in the "real" world instead of the dream world! |
