The more you do the RC in the dream the more familiar the sensation feels.

I know the first time I did the Finger-thru-palm RC I was amazed at the feeling of my finger going through my palm and repeated the RC over and over just to feel it.

yeah it was fucking amazing...I was having so much fun only doing RC's and thinking "That's so fucking weird...But...It's fucking funny"

Now i'm practicing more the nose rc...And the hands too...

From all lucid dreams that i had...This was a little short 'cause i got lucid in the end of a dream...But it was the most vivid, the most detailed...

Now it is on my dream journal :d [i'm feeling like writing a dream journal helped me so much]
