I thought of this a while ago while discussing LD ing with my brother. I was reading about how you can develop habits that you do right when you wake up, consistently, meant to help you get out of bed promptly, and it suggested that you practice getting out of bed. Like you pretend to go to sleep with your bedtime routine and set your alarm, and pretend to sleep and then wake up, and it helps you automatically get out of bed in the morning without you having to wait for the next million mornings to practice and get it right! Anyway I transferred this to LDing. What if you developed a habit of reality checking RIGHT when you wake up? Like, you wake up, and before you even move... REALITY CHECK!!
I don't know if this would work for ALL dreams, but at least it would cure false awakenings.
So if anybody would test this...?
