My favorite method would have to be DEILD (dream exit induced lucid dream). For me I am able to get a pretty good amount of LDs without really "working" to get them. Y'know when you wake up in the middle of the night? You actually wake up a number of times each night even if you can't remember it.

Now when you wake up, what you gotta do is to keep your eyes closed and to move as little as possible. The next thing is to focus on the last dream that you had or a new dream environment and imagine going into that. What I feel next is an extremely amazing feeling, as if my whole body is being pulled or sucked forward. You may feel a number of things and they are all normal.

If everything goes right, then you should then be in a lucid dream! And remember if after this you are still in your bed, check and make sure it isn't actually a dream! Good luck and have fun.
