      Visualization and imagery lucid dreams?

It seems that every time before i go to sleep and practice visualization like the kind with that circle that's in one of these forums, i get lucid and have a good lucid dream. I had a lucid dream last night in fact i had 2 dreams but the other wasn't lucid. I was wondering if practicing visualization causes a person to become lucid in a dream? Because it always happens when i practice it, i just wondered if the visualization is the thing that caused my lucid. I didn't even do reality checks.

It could be possible, I've researched visualization for about a year now, it is linked to memory, and dreams are also linked to memory, and it often brings the conscious closer to the subconscious (making it much more impressionable, thus wanting to lucid dream would possibly have more of an effect), it could also make your dreams feel more vivid and easy to recall.

To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause

Visualizing is definitely the closest I get to making my own dream. My daytime day dreams seam more vivid that laying down at night and visualizing. I love it.

I did it again last night, my first dream wasn't lucid but i think it was the second or third dream that was and that same night i practiced visualization. And yes that's the circle that i'm talking about.

I just know what you're saying...

You're daydreaming, then you lucid dreaming....It's that?

That's my WILD's...I begin daydreaming at bed...Then i'm feeling, living my visualizations/daydreams and think: "Holy shit"
