      Help, please?

      Hi
I recently had my first experience LD, and I woke myself up. Since then I tried for two days and I couldn't LD again, and today in the morning, I had one, did a reality check and immediately woke up :/
      What could be happening?

What does it feel like when you wake up? Do you think the excitement wakes you up? Does the dream fade, with your vision going dark? Do you get distracted by feeling your body in bed?

If you wake up prematurely, you can try to re-enter the dream. Just lie completely still without opening your eyes and visualize the dream you just left. Also, don't be fooled by false awakenings. When I wake from a lucid dream with a shock, it is normally into another dream. It seems like the thought of waking up crosses my mind, so I have a dream about it. It manifests in my dream.

Congratulations on your first LD! That's really awesome. Once you have your first one it doesn't mean that you're going to have them every night. Keep doing reality checks and keep attempting to lucid dream every night. If you keep doing this then hopefully you will start having more.

      Good Luck.

I remember I moved my body in the dream after I realized I was dreaming, but I moved it in reality too, so that might have been that.
      Okay, thank you
