I'm more interested that you tried the st johns wort, B6, mint tea and likely zinc+magnesium, etc , with some possible success with dreams 
Dunno if you've been reading my last bunch of posts about it, but in theory, they all seem linked to each other, and anti-aging ideas.
Those and these:
- Broad beans (how natural can you get ) .. this one is for human growth hormone stimulation however
- Heavy exercise - like weight training (For the ladies, doing a good jog does it just fine. Guys seem less lucky )
- Amino acids = L-arginine, L-ornithine, and L-lysine, L-glutamine, glycine
Of course, I'm not saying what one should or shouldn't take, and as always, take responsibility for your own actions and research the stuff thoroughly first. I'm just mentioning this for those who are interested 
So far, I'm taking the same stuff you are, except the mint tea (without that much success. perhaps a bit better dream recall)
I have to get my hands on some mint tea
Trouble is that I hate the bloody stuff
