Is there a certain way to breathe or concentration that affects ability to wild?
Whenever i try to WILD i feel the normal effects but every time when i breath in and breathe out my body it somehow disrupts and resets the whole process.
e.g. when i hold my breath for a few seconds i can feel that the usual wilding effects but of course i have to breathe right.And should i breathe with my mouth and nose or nose only or maybe i shouldn't concentrate on my breathing
Anyone has this?
