      Even flying do not elicit my mind.

      I fly almost every week in my dreams. It is either flying , jumping more than 20 meters or running 100 ms in 9.40 seconds. Nothing makes me realize that I am dreaming. In the last two weeks I have had more lucid dreams than in the last year, but in every case I began lucid dreaming from the beginning.

      I think he wants to know what he can do as a reality check or something. Since he states that he flies in his dream, but doesn't realize he is dreaming. But when he tries to lucid dream "from the beginning" which I would think means WILD, he can do it.

      Nah, he's not talking about WILD. He's saying that he can never realize he's dreaming, and he only gets lucidity from already being lucid at the beginning.

      My advice would be to increase your overall awareness. It takes time though. You already know that you're always flying and running, which is a start. So keep it up, practice reality checks, and let the lucid dreams flow . Good luck.

      9.23 in 100 ms.

      That was the time I did last night in 100 ms. The jamaican Bolt now has a challenge, at least when I am dreaming.
