      I never feel aware or have the memberance to RC in a dream

      I've been doing RC's for weeks and according to the dreams I had recently,
      none of them didn't feel Lucid for me AT ALL.

      I never get any Self-Awareness, Realization or Notice. It seems that my Sub-Conscious lets me believe what it wants and lets the Dream state just pass on through my mind like it was nothing rather than giving me that Lucid feeling.

      Try this Slick. Just before going to bed try to convice yourself that you will become lucid. Think and actual believe that you are the best lucid dreamer in the world. Think, "I will easily become lucid tonight! Lucid Dreaming is easy!" Don't only say/think these thoughts, but truly make yourself believe them. It is kind of like acting, getting in character. You have to truly believe these thoughts and fall asleep happily expecting to become lucid.

      I use this to get out of dry spells, but it very well could work for someone who can't seem to capture that Self-Awareness you speak of. Good Luck!
