There shouldn't be a difference between "realizing that you're dreaming" and "realizing that you're in bed". That should be a given. It sounds like you were in a dream, but there was no visual stimulus yet. Some people patiently wait until something appears in the blackness and a new dream scene unfolds. |

DILDs: A Lot
That happens to me when I've induced sleep paralysis. When that happens I open my eyes (dream eyes) and I'm usually in my room already in a dream. |
