I have seen it around in dreamviews before.
MILD has a very similar process to hypnosis i believe. Ive tried a few lucid dreaming hypnosis mp3's, like from remotehypnosis.com, which it says is ment to be recommended by the dreamviews forum, lol.
I've never gotten any results, all tho you are ment to listen every day, but personally i don't like listing to them and would rather do it myself.
