Thread: Lucid Dream Binaural Beats

I listened to some binaurals set to Jimmy Buffett, and I had a couple of vivid dreams. Also, they made me really tired.

I've tried lots of different ones as I review them on my website. My favorite is the Lucid Dreaming MP3 by Unexplainable Store because its 45 minutes long, puts you in the optimum state for a WILD or a DILD, and is really relaxing to listen to. Interestingly, the Neurological Laboratory in Frankfurt is currently publishing its results of EEG readings from lucid dreamers. They found LDs taking place in the 40Hz Gamma frequency range, suggesting lucidity is a new level of consciousness - not dreaming, not awake - and this supports the whole theory of brainwave entrainment for becoming lucid in dreams.
