plz help me understand binaural beats..

so i was looking around on youtube for some music/videos that use binaural beats. well.. i came across this particular youtube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/mountainmystic9 the following is stated on this page: "Source Vibrations is a multidimensional audio-visual project that utilizes numerology, sacred geometry, sonic vibrational healing, solfeggio harmonics, binaural beat frequencies and esoteric symbology to activate the subtleties of the awareness of the nature of being." so essentially the creator of this page claims binaural beats are used in the making of these vidoes, however.. i thought binaural beats only consisted of sounds under 40 hz.. yet this page lists videos with names like 528 hz, 852 hz, etc. i was wondering what some of your opinions are about this.. perhaps whoever makes these is using higher hz sounds as the original sounds which he mixes or plays together in order to produce the lower binaural beat hz sounds? (this is how i understand binaural beats are produced.. but i could very well be mistaken) i really want to try meditating/relaxing/WBTB'ing while listening to some music that incorporates binaural beats, so i would really appreciate it if anyone has a good idea of whether the aforementioned videos are legit or not. if they are then it looks like i hit the jackpot by finding this page and hopefully have brightened some of your all's day by sharing it edit: i would also like it if any of you wouldn't mind sharing some of your finds similar to this one.. i.e. any sites or places to download music with binaural beats. i'd be greatly appreciative!
