This is something i just tried last night and it worked then. Ill try again tonight to see if it works again. But simply it is just doing alot of rc's rapidfire before bed. I think of an item or action and do a rc. I do this about 50 times and bam. I got a lucid dream last night. Kindof vague but i do remember i was lucid. Ill try again tonight. |

Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.
k, but i have read alot of stuff on here, just guess i never came across it in the mild tutorial. Oh well. |

That is pretty much a DILD. DILDs are when you do RCs in real life and then by habit you do them in the dream and get lucid. MILD is when you do mantras and stuff during the day and tell yourself you are going to have a lucid, in hope that once you are in a dream you will remember to do an RC. |

It could go either way, I suppose. If doing RCs BEFORE sleep will help you remember better, then I would consider it to be MILDish, but I digress... |

Interesting...even though the idea is not entirely new... an interesting element is "RAPID FIRE RC". Ratatatata (think machine gun rattle)... I shall experiment on the thought... |
