i got to like at least 2000 once, but i was comfortable and enjoying myself in my thoughts so it wasn't too bad. still, i would suggest trying it when you're more tired or when you've taken melatonin or something. you want to be able to feel those kind of bodily relaxation sensations fairly soon after going to bed, in my experience. |

all the tutorials here strongly go against melatonin tho. they says it fogs the mind and u wont b able to recall the dreams even when they're lucid. am i right? or due u succeed with it? im just curious is all. |

i actually don't do lucid dreaming much these days because of work, and my recall isn't that great. i know that i have no conscious awareness of such 'fogging' (i.e. my mind doesn't *feel* fogged), although melatonin might have an adverse affect on recall that i don't know about. |
