I have a similar dreamsign. Very often my dreams will take place in the house I lived in as a young child. Apparently it still holds a lot of significance for me. However, I've never been able to recognize that I'm dreaming while there. |

As the night goes on and my REM periods increase, my dream locations almost inevitably end up being my hometown where I grew up, despite the dream content or context. It seems odd that I can't seem to lock down a solid RC around this phenomena. For a while I was doing RCs (in waking life) based solely on location, making sure I was or was not in my hometown, but I've never been able to take that with me into the dreamworld as an effective RC. |

"Give a man fire, and he's warm for the day. Set a man on fire, and he's warm for the rest of his life." - Terry Pratchett
Yeah I've had the same thing. In my dreams the setting is usually a place I go to a lot, or used to go to often. The setting might be altered a little, but I can usually still recognise it for the familiar place. It might be a dream sign of your own, or some place you like or think about a lot so it comes back into your dreams. |

My dream sign is just the opposite, every dreams I remember has a different location. My only dreams with near location was one I had at my room and another was at the kitchen, both in the house I'm living now. Unfortunately, I never watched for this dream sign in the dreams. |
