I've been trying the mild technique for months, since at least may or june. I have never been able to mild, i can visualize but every time i visualize my dream scene i dream about something completely different. Last night i read the tutoral again and did exactly down to the point of everything it said to do, and i don't even know if i even dreamed. I like both milds, but i like to try and become a pro at the visualization mild, has anyone had success with this mild method? And if so, what did you do? Oh yeah, mantras don't seem to work for me when i do them before i go to bed, so i'm going to try my intention mantra throughout the day and see what happens. |
