It might mean that you don't sleep enough in the evenings. I have this myself sometimes, I don't sleep much in the evening. Then when I wake up I'm tired, but this stops as you go further on with the day, but in the afternoon you start to feel tired again. I'm not sure if you can WILD from it, but if you're tired you can sleep so you could certainly try. Then it's like a nap, I ready that naps can be useful with lucid dreaming. |
