      Im Having issues.

      I am attempting The Fild technique, But when i wake up after my alarm at 1:30 in the morning im not tired at all, i dont go to sleep for another hour and this is discouraging me very much because i cant do the FILD technique for an hour while i attempt to go to sleep.
      Please help me. Thank you in advance.



      P.S. If you could give me a technique or something that is easier for a beginner please do.

      It might help if you attempt it after waking up naturally, instead of by an alarm clock. Once you find yourself awake, don't open your eyes or move (except for your finger, of course) and you'll probably be close enough to the sleep state to where the process will be much quicker. (Sort of like FILD combined with DEILD.)
